Linear stages & grippers

SMAC recently added to their range of XY's their smallest stage ever, the LXY10 and a mini XYZ is currently in development. In addition our grippers are used in many different markets, one of their key features being the ability to control each jaw independently.

Description: The XY stage has been developed in conjunction with the Universty of Illinois to form part of a micro-machining system.

Description: Our diminutive XY stage measures only 65mm x 65mm x 81mm. It has been developed in conjunction with the University of Illinois to form part of a micro-machining system. Standard encoder resolution is 5µ with a 1µ option.

Grippers GRP17          data sheet   request for information
Description: SMAC grippers have the advantage of independently controlled jaws. The jaws are ideal for manipulating and handling delicate samples. The soft land technique ensures that fragile components are not harmed.
